LEARNING EXPEDITION
AN IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE THROUGH A LEARNING EXPEDITION
The Learning Expedition, consists in impregnating yourself of places and cultures to reach collective group learning through observation.
This adventure concerns the study of an innovative ecosystem within a city (European or international) recognized as dynamic in this field in order to understand the driving mechanisms of creation. But also on the identification of both public and private actors involved in the development of an innovative project, product or service.
The choice of destination results from a market study of many foreign cities and internal debates including teachers who are experts in this field.
It takes place according to several previously studied stages but also moments of free exploration in order to vary the sources of ideas and creativity.

STOCKHOLM
The Learning Expedition of 2023 will be at Stockholm in Sweden from April 08 to 15
We will study l’écoquartier en construction du Stockholm Royal Seaport: un port du futur, precursor in several fields (connected buildings, management of waste, sustainable mobility...), in line with the ambitious objective of neutrality Sweden's carbon footprint by 2045.

Technologies, urbanisme, transport, spatial… Quelques réflexions autour des défis du dérèglement climatique, à travers d’un corpus d’articles rédigés par les étudiants du Master 2 – Management de l’innovation de l’IAE Nantes.

Nous impliquer dans la dynamique
innovante de la région nantaise
MIND is a student association composed by the second year members of the innovation management master's degree. It was created in 2019 with the goal of stimulating and participating in the implementation of innovation in the city of Nantes and the Pays de la Loire area.
Our association aims each year :
- Organize a learning expedition to discover and experience innovative approaches abroad.
- Produce expertise on issues related to our training, building on our various knowledge and experience.
- Organize meetings and conferences bringing together different actors (Territorial, companies, students, etc.)
- Create and maintain an IM (Innovation Management) ALUMNI network.
- Contribute to the visibility of the IM (Innovation Management) master's degree.
POSITIVELY PARTICIPATE TO THE ADAPTATION OF PUBLIC AND PRIVATE ORGANIZATIONS IN THEIR STRATEGY OF TRANSITION AND TRANSFORMATION
In an increasingly complex and changing world, innovation is now at the heart of the businesses and organizations concerns. A guarantee of their survival and success, it is the driving force behind the creation of new products, services and processes, as well as new economic and organizational models.
The IAE (Institute of Business Administration) Nantes master's in innovation management trains its students each year in a wide range of skills enabling them to diagnose situations, pilot and manage projects - often collaborative, lead teams and support strategic and operational change within organizations.
The IM master's degree is perform as a "double competence", following an initial training in another discipline (engineering, sociology, biology, materials, law, languages, etc.). This particularity brings great richness to the course thanks to the crossing of the multiple experiences of its students.
